Ron Kennedy has been involved in HVAC sales in the West Texas area since 1980. His involvement has ranged from equipment selection and sales, mechanical design, exhaust and ventilation, air filtration and hydronic specialties. Ron specializes in assisting mechanical engineers in the design and planning of engineered projects and supports local mechanical contractors in the bid and specification market.

He has been involved with projects such as Bell Helicopter Expansion, Baptist St. Antony’s Hospital, Northwest Texas Hospital and Texas Tech Pharmacy School. He has installed and commissioned Mitsubishi City-Multi systems for a local hospital.

Ron’s main objective is to make Paschal-Harper the best Manufacture’s Rep firm of West Texas. This will be accomplished by honesty and integrity, putting the project first, hiring key personnel with close ties to the HVAC industries and representing top rate manufacturers like Price Industries, Twin City Fans, Pottorff, Kinetics, Desert Aire, Johnson Air Rotation, Marcraft and many more.

Rick got his start in the HVAC industry in 1993 with Johnson Controls as an application engineer. Later Rick became the service manager for Johnson Controls before spending the remainder of his career as the plan and spec sales person.

Prior to the HVAC industry he worked in the manufacturing business in the design role and research and development of mobile refuse handling equipment.

Today Rick heads the sales effort in Lubbock and Southwest Texas.
