Eric got his start in the HVAC industry in the mid 1970’s at Trane. Eric has vast experience with dehumidification applications, particularly with natatorium humidity control. He has also been intimately involved with several large VRFZ (Mitsubishi City-Multi) projects.

Eric has been involved with selling Mitsubishi systems for over 25 years and lead the effort to introduce VRFZ technology to the engineering community starting in 2002.

Today Eric heads sales efforts in San Antonio and south Texas and is a valuable resource for both designers and contractors.

Eric has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas.

Jon-Erik started with Paschal-Harper in 1992 after graduating from the University of Texas with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Jon-Erik is based in Austin and is an expert in Mitsubishi City-Multi and Mr. Slim systems.  He does owner, contractor and designer training in our Austin training center and is available to assist with system selection, design, training and startup.

He has been involved with projects employing a wide range of products from general ventilation to 100% outside air units with energy recovery. He also heads the sales effort of Modine gas-fired heating equipment and Renewaire energy recovery units.

Jon-Erik recently became a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas.  He is based in Austin, TX.
